In the past, the Caribbean islands, such as Cuba, were known to be homophobic. but nowadays their opinion has changed and the tourist dollar is the king ! Gay couples are accepted in the hotels but most of them prefer discretion and no open showing of affection ! So, I guess it's up to you to decide.
