I have been at"Orange Hill Beach "Hotel this summer, on West Bay Steet, Nassau null. It was also recommended to us by some friends, regular customers, going often to relax there. The room was 100 $, but for the summer high season, it was an Ok price ! And if you really miss the city, it's 20 min away,;we payed 1 Usd for a bus ride.
